Prices are per club for 30 days, before 18% GST. Plan payments are non-refundable. If a plan isn't renewed, your club goes back to the free plan and your data stays safe.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Choose a plan and pay by UPI or bank transfer to YEVIS Private Limited, the company behind GameBeez. Then log in to your club, open Admin → Plan and submit the payment reference. We switch on your plan for 30 days as soon as we confirm the payment, and send you a GST invoice.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial period. Use the free plan for as long as you like and upgrade only when you want more.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your club, customers and bills stay safe. The paid features switch off and you continue on the free plan.
How does renewal work?
Each payment covers 30 days. From 8 days before the end date you'll see a countdown and reminders in your login. Renew early and the new 30 days start the day after your current plan ends, so you don't lose any days.
Can I get a refund?
No. Plan payments are non-refundable, including for unused days. Start on the free plan and upgrade only when you're sure you need more.
